Senior Yoga Class is held on Wednesday morning at 9:15am and is led by certified Instructor Toby Travis. “Yoga is an excellent exercise and has many benefits. Yoga creates more energy, it calms the mind and nervous system. It also stimulates muscle awareness as well as creates more space in body which allows healing to take place”. All are in Namaste pose which represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. Come and join a yoga session and see how much energized you feel after one class!
