Recent Update from November 16, 2025: With all the windows and doors installed we are ready for winter to come with wind and rains. The roof is weatherproofed and ready to be completed with roof tiles that have already been placed up on the roof for the roofers to install . A lot of work is being done inside the building that we are not able to see from our construction camera. But rest assured, final inspections are taking place for plumbing, electrical, the elevator and the heating & cooling system and once all that is correctly in place the sheetrock can begin to be installed on the walls. Things are moving along!!
